Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  Any refund issued will be determined by the condition of the item when we receive it back, and the reason for the return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@chicbrico.com. If you want to return an item for any reason other than that the item is defective or damaged, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN), instructed how and where to return the package, and will have to pay the return postage. If the item is defective or damaged, in addition to the RAN you will be sent a prepaid return label with instructions how and where to return the package. Items sent back without first requesting a RAN will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as certain beauty products), or perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, typically 2 to 5 business days.
